I could not recommend Franklin enough.
I was living in London and looking for an apartment in Toronto with some specific demands about the building. Franklin has been very helpful in finding an apartment and a building which meet my expectations. He directly sent me multiple choices, he visited the places and made videos for me to see them; he organised everything with the owner of the apartment, helped me to fill out all the forms and booked the apartment while I was in London.
When I arrived in Toronto, we finalised the process and I got the place I wanted.

Condos.ca provides an elegant, practical, and personal solution for your condo search. My personal agent was Franklin Evans, and he was super responsive to all of my questions and needs. Dealing with the listing agents, owners, landlords to handling the viewings, offer details, and such, essentially all were taken care of. Frank went above and beyond to make sure I knew all the specific details (good or bad), and that I was happy with my final decision.

I worked with Frank Evans to find a condo for myself, and I must say, he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. In our initial call, Frank established what my requirements were, what my budget was, and so forth, after which he began sharing lists of condos with me on a regular basis.

He is clearly very knowledgeable about the Toronto market, and was very transparent, as he would tell me both the positives and negatives of the places I was interested in. For booking viewings, Frank typically books a few of them (4-6) back-to-back so we could see them all in an afternoon. After two different days of viewings, I managed to find a place with everything I wanted and it was within my budget. Frank helped me throughout the offer process and remained just as responsive to my questions after the offer went through. I will definitely be reaching out to him the next time I'm moving and would highly recommend working with him.

Condos.ca is a very good website to find your dream apartment. There are lots of options. Frank Evans was our sales representative. He was with us from the beginning to end and gave us tips and tricks. He was very informative with everything to do with choosing an apartment, additional expenses afterwords and others. We were new to renting and Frank was so patient with us and took his time to help whenever needed. We got the best apartment from his recommendation. If you want help with renting in Toronto Frank Evans is your guy, no joke. Definitely recommend.

Never insistent, very objective, and open to listening for the type of place I wanted, Franklin met with me and show me places within my price range and with the characteristics I was looking for.

I highly recommend Franklin. I went from not sure how to navigate the market to making the decision to move in February. In one week we saw around 15 places and made an offer the same day once I saw the place I was looking for. Everything went smoothly and all documents were online so the whole process took less than an hour.
