Condos.ca is a very good website to find your dream apartment. There are lots of options. Frank Evans was our sales representative. He was with us from the beginning to end and gave us tips and tricks. He was very informative with everything to do with choosing an apartment, additional expenses afterwords and others. We were new to renting and Frank was so patient with us and took his time to help whenever needed. We got the best apartment from his recommendation. If you want help with renting in Toronto Frank Evans is your guy, no joke. Definitely recommend.

I worked with Frank Evans to find a condo for myself, and I must say, he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. In our initial call, Frank established what my requirements were, what my budget was, and so forth, after which he began sharing lists of condos with me on a regular basis.

He is clearly very knowledgeable about the Toronto market, and was very transparent, as he would tell me both the positives and negatives of the places I was interested in. For booking viewings, Frank typically books a few of them (4-6) back-to-back so we could see them all in an afternoon. After two different days of viewings, I managed to find a place with everything I wanted and it was within my budget. Frank helped me throughout the offer process and remained just as responsive to my questions after the offer went through.
