When I first signed up on Condos.ca the agent assigned to me was non-responsive. I switched agents and got Frank Evans. He is absolutely the best agent I’ve ever met!!
He works really hard and replies back to me instantly, he offered to view condos for me and take videos while I was at work.

He was proactive enough to get in touch with me and ask me about my requirements and as finished speaking, within minutes I had the list sent out to me. I knew the housing market was crazy where good units were gone in no time and here is where Franklin gets a 10 on 10 wherein he was so quick in sending in lists and getting a viewing with the listing agent. And he made the entire process very smooth and effortless, in fact even helping me find cheaper insurance and credit reports. And I am very happy with my new place, all thanks to him. After having experiences with other realtors which had us miss out on some great opportunities - looking for a house, ultimately pushing us out of the housing market, we pivoted to looking at Condos. And at the discretion of my partner's "good feelings", had Frank help us in our search.

I can't begin to tell you how night and day the difference was from our last experience. Instead of hearing, "I think this is out of your range" we got positive reinforcement and support to go after a home we liked and could afford and within a week Franklin had helped us close on a home in Toronto!

He helped us get a great price, great Lawyer and great Mortgage Broker. He helped us so much, within a week our properties value was already up $50,000 what we paid (and increasing).

Look, I get the market isn't going to keep skyrocketing like it is forever. Maybe there's a correction sometime soon but if there is, I feel secured in what we paid for our place because of the great negotiating skills Frank had for us and all of his great help in securing us a great condo at a great price and helping us with every step.

First time home buyers and I never felt on my own at any point. If there was ever something I didn't know and couldn't find through a quick google search, Frank was right there to help and either answer or find the answer needed. It was like having an amazing friend's help every step of the way, and we had only known Frank for a week.

Condos.ca is a very good website to find your dream apartment. There are lots of options. Frank Evans was our sales representative. He was with us from the beginning to end and gave us tips and tricks. He was very informative with everything to do with choosing an apartment, additional expenses afterwords and others. We were new to renting and Frank was so patient with us and took his time to help whenever needed. We got the best apartment from his recommendation. If you want help with renting in Toronto Frank Evans is your guy, no joke. Definitely recommend.

I was originally browsing for either apartments or condos and was filling out forms for more out of curiosity and understanding where the market is at.

Once I signed up for Condos.Ca, Franklin Evans reached out and was gave me a call to explain how everything works. Never insistent, very objective, and open to listening for the type of place I wanted, Franklin met with me and show me places within my price range and with the characteristics I was looking for.

I highly recommend Franklin. I went from not sure how to navigate the market to making the decision to move in February. In one week we saw around 15 places and made an offer the same day once I saw the place I was looking for. Everything went smoothly and all documents were online so the whole process took less than an hour.

My final recommendation to you is to keep your interest narrow enough and consistent as it can be overwhelming.

I worked with Frank Evans to find a condo for myself, and I must say, he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. In our initial call, Frank established what my requirements were, what my budget was, and so forth, after which he began sharing lists of condos with me on a regular basis.

He is clearly very knowledgeable about the Toronto market, and was very transparent, as he would tell me both the positives and negatives of the places I was interested in. For booking viewings, Frank typically books a few of them (4-6) back-to-back so we could see them all in an afternoon. After two different days of viewings, I managed to find a place with everything I wanted and it was within my budget. Frank helped me throughout the offer process and remained just as responsive to my questions after the offer went through. I will definitely be reaching out to him the next time I'm moving and would highly recommend working with him.
